Introduction
Sub tailor dislocations are hind foot dislocations that result from high energy trama. Diagnosis is made clinically and confirmed with orthognal radiographs of the foot. Treatment is a trial of close reduction, but may require open reduction given the several anatomic blocks to reduction.
