Is There Any War Between the Clans?

The leaders of the great clan families of scotland did communicate, because they were sitting as the lords in the estates. There isn't a grand alliance or union n a union of clans, ar the clan, the professional association of all clans, or anything like that. So effectively, againit's, it's a system which ultimately depends theoretically on the crown, but doesn't actually. And at the battle of involoce, certain of the clans opposing the crown don't do so because they would fight their peers who owed fealty to the crown. Wasn't always the case, but they were often unwilling to stand against the royal standard when it was unfurled.
