Migration is the most certain and potentially most disruptive consequence for national security of climate change. We have no way of dealing with this issue internationally, thereis no easy recognition for this category of people under international law. You ave people who are going to be displaced by storms and extreme weather. And in cases like south pacific you'll have people that literally will not have any more water at least in their traditional homeland. The rest of it is just human costs, exactly. Climbate change. It's im called the politics, i believe it's called the politics of the lifeboat.
