How to Overcome Guilt

You should be doing the scary nice thing, like taking a nap or letting someone else help you out. But even so, it's scary to do the nice thing anyway. So carry on reminding yourself that your sense of guilt about taking a rest is unfounded and unjustified. It probably won't make you feel less guilty this time, but you might start to see some positive changes a few months from now.
