I remember that part of the book where you talk about this seems to tisplaye a large roll in your book. The difference between regime types, more democratic regimes versu versus more athe authoritarian regimes. And is a part of the story with the authoritarian regimes, as a part of what they're trying to do is kind of disfranchised ribal elites who are owning a lot of the land. Yes, that's a catikey element hearing. I was was gont to interested in following up on that, because the the concepts of politics and powers seem to be really important in the story that you are telling.
