Jed Hoyer will be a reason why you can take points away from Jed Hoyer. He was brought in to we thought he was going to platoon with Patrick wisdom at third base and it his defense was so bad that they tried moving him to the short and second baseman. Outside of that one series in Colorado, I felt like he he hit well at Colorado and then the entire season changed for him. His bat speed was slow. Like he just one of the reasons the the Cubs were so bad in the first half was because David Ross kept putting him in the lineup every single day.
