Casey's autopsy also found asphyxiation, manual strangulation, ligature strangulation and multiple blunt force dramas. He was strangled with te ligature. That's what the death certificate says. And caleb did a lethal dose of m d a and cocaine in his system, just like casey. But clearly, this is a man with secrets.
