In 2014, I invented a sticky noting diagram method that I call an object map and the launch guide. It is definitely evolved. So in 2014, my clients and stakeholders were kind of like, those reviews were kind of boring. They're like, Yeah, this is what we talked about because I was using those principles. In 2015, I started to apply these things to my work and I began to actually see results. Less guesswork, a lot more confidence, way less surface level work.
