Farms and Dairies Are Interwoven With the Community
The central valley is a stretch of lowland that it goes from sacramento down to baker's field. The vast majority of the work force on these farms and dairies are undocumented immigrants. One farmer in particular embodies all the tensions you're describing. He doesn't want trump to deport his undocumented workers, and he'd like for them to become citizens.
