In two thousand and nine copenhagen completely failed. The level of expectation, optimism for copenhagen was so high that this basicalyjus shattered the whole of the negotiations. What we do need to do is change economics. And i don't necessarily mean economics as in the day to day exchangeo, but how we actually teach economics. Unlike science departments, they don't seem to learn very good retradiction.
