Twitter, Uber and Salesforce are all massive players in San Francisco. They have leverage over the city because they're owned by billionaires who live there. But does that make it unhealthy to rely on these companies so much? "San Francisco doesn't rise and fall with the tech industry," says Mayor Ed Lee.
