Jeremy Never Says Michelle's Name
Jeremy says he and Michelle broke up that night in the car on their way home from the show, just like Michelle told her sister she was planning on doing. He tells how they argued about it before coming to a mutual decision to end things. Jeremy's service weapon is laying near Michelle's body with the tactical light still on,. Her open purse is sitting in the kitchen and first responders can see two prescription pill bottles inside. When they look for the pills themselves, those are actually found in Michelle's right pocket. Despite the EMTs trying to take life saving measures, it's no use. Michelle is pronounced dead around 11.48 p.m. that night at the house.
