Residential Property in Self-Managed Super Funds

A lot of Australians like the idea of property some people would prefer it didn't happen but it's not a wide spread asset class within self-managed super estate. A lot of stuff just got put on the back burner I think lenders were scared to go near a lot of loans even outside of superannuation so yeah you've had to look further afield sometimes to get financing. We've seen in some cases people with self- managed super fund mortgages they've been trapped on very high mortgage rates without the ability to shop around at least until relatively recently.
