The Existential Threat of Generative AI
I want to talk about what I have seen as maybe a bifurcation of the criticism of of generative AI that seems to be popping up on the one hand. And yet, I saw Jeff Hinton call your concerns less existential in a CNN interview. It seems like they're sort of these two different camps in thinking about how these models are disseminated into the wild and what kind of harms they might do.
