Some in government have been a little bit privately scathing of the french approach. It does, i think, reflect a desire to follow the americans and to show that we are at one with byden more than anybody else. Whether or not that goes down ell is another question. We are less about appeasing we are less about giving pewton anything. If you talk to people around this trust, they say that even if there is no invasion of ukraine, that the west cannot bow to any of peton's demands. This is a time, a real litmus test this trust.
