The Marriage of Cadmus by Roberto Calaso
This year it was very sad for me because two of my favourite writers died. And and they were two writers that i had just met, because this book has opened up so many doors for me. Roberto calazzo is, i believe, the last great literary intellectual. He touched on everything from he's sort of a wone man walking spiritual library. The best thing you can read about greek thought and mythology are baudelaire or harmony. Another book which is a constant source of inspiration is a short text by george buchner. It's called lens, with a z, lens. I find something new to admire in each title.
