The Importance of Information Architecture
I'm not saying that we should have just thrown out the concept of information architecture. We got so stuck on it that we kind of forgot that there were other people out there that, you know, could benefit from what we were doing. And so when I used to do work with clients as an information architecture consultant is a very well known one I would never use unless they seem to understand it. It just became a something that got in way of diagnosing the actual problems that needed to be addressed.
