What Is the Source of the Rom and Half Killings?
Several of the killers did speak later about their experiences, notably Yakov-Yorovsky who wrote two or three different accounts. But the documentary evidence was hidden away for a very long time during the Soviet regime. And what there is, as I've said, often the various killers who did leave accounts slightly contradict each other. So it's very, very difficult for a clear and logical account to have emerged.
