Oatmeal as a Carb Source

In order to get enough protein you would have to eat 10 cups of oatmeal. Each cup has 28 grams of carbohydrates so you'll be eating 28 hundred grams of carbohydrates which is enough for a month. I really like a whey casein blend if I'm baking or cooking with it. If you're really just counting macros I like the isolate and I'll use something like isop here or something if I'm really just trying to get protein.
