In all three cases, theseheethese people are accountable to higher authorities. None of them are the actual heads of the companies. They are heads of divisions right within those companies. And again, i believe there was a lawsuit filed against sony for, you know, gener discrimination in the work place. So, it's not like these companies are necessarily absolved of this sort of thing.
