Quintanae: The Capitol Police installed some new leaders to run its intelligence and interagency coordination division, which I'll call the Intelligence Division for short. He says they very early on began to clash with some of the analysts who were in this division. Quintanae: They also instituted a number of changes which appear to have been well-intentioned but really hurt their efforts. "A big deficiency at the Capitol Police's Intelligence Division is a lack of a robust training program," he writes.
