I liked how described how he started. He solved one specific problem being how do you price use cars right and build trust around the pricing. That then built lots of services around financing and insurance what also struck me is he's investing during during COVID-19 in more engineering talent so he's not just kind of waiting it out. It was clear that he has many of the CEOs that we see from the search has has the mindset of diamonds are made under pressure when the situation is tough.
