What's the Problem With the PDPA?
The PDPA is very ready and willing to imprison leaders, torture them or massacre anybody who shows any sort of resistance to the changes taking place. So I think that that ready use of violence really creates a real political crisis as well. It undermines any claims the PDPA would have potentially had to legitimacy.
