As a swimmer back in the late 1980s we would just show up for workout and go hard. so I start running 10 hours a day or they start they run every day and you know they got and they run hard every time, there's not enough. In training before the race I actually did a 40 mile run and a 45 mile run wow So I knew I was gonna be able to finish it.
