George little was a clerk at stonevalleway station in south dublin. He worked for the midland great western railway company, which provided services from west coast of ireland and galway to dublin. His job was essentially totting up all the moneys that came into the company,. And his background is rather interesting - he was the son of a well to do solicitor.
