The Importance of Drainage Systems in the Hwashai Empire
Emperor Shun of the Hwashai Empire tried to control flooding in his empire. His son, Yu, was appointed as master of the Yellow River Valley and worked hard to save the entire kingdom. Emperor Shun would reign for a period of fifty years until 2195 BCE when having taken suddenly ill while traveling, he perished.
