California Gun Reform - Is There Still a Movement for Democrats?
Both are being pushed by attorney general rob anta, who wis a democrat and someone facing a big election in the june primary. One measure would enable californians to sue gun makers or distributors when crimes are committed using their weapons. It's a way to sort of blunt gun makers, from making them more disinterested in making these types of weapons.
