breakaway rush score is one of those metrics where, if you don't have the proper context for it, you're definitely not going to be using it in the right ways. So i use it to check the narrative on a player in the scouting reports line up with what we actually see players doing on the field. And then i'm able to drill in on a player and say, walike, this guy looks like he has some big playmaking ability. Is there more to this player? And then adding that into their overall profile. Because we know that big plays can save a player, especialy if they can translate those to the next level.
