I spent basically part of my twenties sedentary in school, and it destroyed my health. Turns out that you need to send signals into your body to make more energy. And when i figured that out, i was like, well, this is non negotiable. If i wont to have energy, i t exercise, like da. Now with that, it's a habit. It's like, this is easy for me. I mean, peope people forget that the whole purpose of developing health habits is that you can literally off load work of having to think about being healthy into the part of your mind that doesn't have tothink about being healthy.
