Is There a BTK Killer?
There's a serial killer up in Stockton. That was the first thing I thought of as BTK, the serial killer. There are certain segments of Twitter that are setting their hair on fire because they caught him because he's African American and that segment of Twitter feels that the mainstream media is not covering the story because of his race. The victims here are Gary, if I'm not mistaken, kind of people who are either unhoused or males right?
