The Archetypal Leader and the Caring Leader
Sally Kohn: It's interesting how we still default to the old stereotypical approach to leaders in organizations. In fact, all the leadership thinking or writing and theories these days are pushing more towards the that servant leadership model is being more effective than anything else they've rolled out in the past 50 years. The most important difference between kind of the archetypal leader and the caring leader is is who they prioritize. They wake up every day thinking how can I make my own self really, really big. And for them to do that, they have to make other people really, really small.
