What's the Timeframe for the Real Estate Market?
John Defterios: I think it's quicker with where there's a lot of desperate sellers like Home Builders. And it's really slow on the resale side where people are not desperate. So emotions again, just like how we saw thehow we saw the massive appreciation happen based off of emotions. He says if now is not a good time to buy, I should wait three months or I should wait 3. But that's the most likely scenario, you know, until something some new information comes along and changes everything I just said.
