The Design Ethos of Apple and Microsoft

I think that there's a part of design and a part of leadership that we don't talk about often enough, which is about humility. There are some practices that i think can help with that. I do think that a part of it is having that mind set from leadership that change is healthy, change is good,. We're going to have to be ared to sacrifice some of our old ways of doing things to be able to do it. It's not easy, no. You're pointing at a reality that many people in large organizations really feel and identify with.
