I was a real estate professional and I didn't even know it in my 20s. So I was used to having like lost scary forward. But, you know, nobody's happy when they're losing their house so I sold that company a few years ago. Then I started investing passively in syndications while I was there in New York. What asset? In multi-family. When was this? This is, I think, my first deal was like 2015, 2016 Okay. If you have losses on paper through depreciation,you know, it basically can also set your entire income. Yeah. Exactly.
