Breath Work - I Can't Go Backwards Again.
Breathe deeply, focusing on your abdomen as you breathe. Do 30 or forty rounds of that full inhalation bringing the beft breath deep into the belly, all the way up to the chest, and then even to the head. Fill yourself with breath, then fully expel the breath so it sounds like this. On the fortieth exhale, you hold out. And you time yourself on this. I think it will improve your yoga, or your brazilian jugitsu, or your running, or just being you doing your job and living your life.
