Rheumatoid Arthritis of the Four Feet
The earliest manifestation of rheumatoid arthritis of the four foot is synovitis of the MTP joints with eventual hyper extension deformity. Tailonavicular arthritis is common to have degenerative changes and these patients are treated with effusion. Alzheimer's advances in pharmacologic management have led to a decrease in surgical intervention for rheumatoids arthritis.
