Brainwaves Are Similar to the Brainwave Cycle

Scientists used brainwaves to learn a cognitive task. Participants received pulses that matched the peak of their waves, and others got rhythms that were either random or at the wrong rate. If scientists found the right pulse for the right person, they found that the participants were able to learn how to do their task three times faster than anybody else.
