Make sure that if you are going to a trade show, your marketing team knows what area to sales actually need help with right now. You also don't want whoever is doing that follow up to be uneducated about what they're following up. The stats are kind of crazy. Do you follow up with that that minute that hour the next day? It's 10 times greater if you do it within an hour. And I've seen that all too often that things are marked as not profitable or bad ROI because the follow through wasn't there.
