The Second Piece of Advice in the Church

Two pieces of advice two very different camps in the church. And i don't think either were, frankly, terribly prudent. But they were to essentially helped to stabilize the church and to help make things better. The first one came from a retired cardinal walter brand muller. He advocated eliminating the right to vote for cardinals in the college of cardinals whowho have not worked in the roman curia.
