Is It the Right Thing to Do?

i have never let my commission plan or variable calm dictate my behaviour and infatnal personally. The best people in the business do what is right, and they'd let the chips fall where they they'll take their commission check in whatever form that they get it. It's been really interesting for me as i start to build this company to six people now a because at all the companies i worked for before, i had to play within their rules. We don't have an office. Our employees are all over the country. I thinkall people are more happy that way. They actuall spend more time with their family instead of working morks. That works great. S like
