One of the things she writes about is long COVID and the speed with which it has been studied and analyzed. She asks if he finds hope in that because understanding its effects on people's immune systems has generated so much interest. He says there are many ways to get treatment for chronic illness such as post-viral illnesses but they're often more prevalent in women.
