The Search for J.C.'s Abduction
J.C.'s father, Carl, says he heard a scream and then saw his daughter being pulled into a car by the man who was driving. He immediately jumped on his bike and tried to go after them but couldn't catch up so he raced back down and screamed to his neighbors to call 911. By the time he made it down the hill and back towards his house, a neighbor had already dialed. But that's all he can give police; they immediately spring into action and call in multiple other agencies to join in on the search. They even bring in officers from Nevada since South Lake Tahoe is close to the California- Nevada border.
