How Much Training Should You Spend?

We used to have world class builders in our industry. Why? Because they were trained like world class builders. This has become a lost art. You must understand that there are no easy buttons when it comes to being great. It comes from rigorous, intentional and well done training. My first year of training outside the company cost me th three thousand dollars. Should you spend that much money on training? Maybe not, but you should not fear it. I would have no hesitation to tell someone to put it on a credit card and go into debt for it.Why? Because you will get it back tenfold. If you take the training, implement it and add more value to your employer.
