Is Abortion a State's Right's Issue?

I've always said that your rights end where another person's rights begin, ok? Gets really confusing in the context of a baby. I gets because now you have self, ownership versus life clashing against each other. Which one wins? Thatis the argument. And so that that is what makes it so complicated. The only argument i can see that i think would hold any weight as if congress made a law, and then at the supreme court could debate the statutes of that law. But that's the only one that ithink would hold any any weight.
