Yi: I love the idea of using it as a transition moment. You're putting yourself into a completely different mood afterwards, which is amazing. No one even knows if you're doing it, because you can just do it quietly to yourself. And i was also reading before, it is superaccessible. Exactly like you were saying. You don't have to go outside. You don’t need to change your clothes. It's so minor that it doesn't feel like it's greatly affecting mit my state. That's a really great point.
