Is This a Pacification Policy?
The chinese say is nothing more than a pacification policy designed to counter terror and ensure peace and stability. The camps were spotted on satellite imagery years ago, but they have disappeared. Even the notsy regime did not let in cameras, independent investigators to come in and investigate what was happening in dakon aswitz. So it's inconceivable to even think that china has been allowing free access to the camps. But believing, ha so satellite them as satelite images are not, it's misleading.
