I think about this with equity often, right? Equity is blood, sweat and tears. And if you want equity in a company and you're going to go in and fight for that, you also have to be prepared to reality of the owners saying, no, right? No, go deal with it. That was kind of an offshoot and I was trying to hold it in. Because I've been holding some of this into because I feel like there are people who are listening, especially who have the confidence. We'll say the confidence to start their own agency. But not the skills or the, well, I'll leave it as skills to back up everything else. Right.
