Through Put, Not Individual Efficiency, Is Our Focus

In scheduling systems like c p m, the lack of consistency moves responsibility of areas back to the general contractor. This all changes with tact and while it can be an abrupt culture shock for some contractors, it works very well where we have geographical or tact control. Because supply lines, organization and the safety of workers s help productivity as much as quick hands at work. As trades help control areas, then we focus on through put, not individual efficiency. The through put is defined as the rate at which ain amount of material or items, or, in this case, the construction processes pass through a system more efficient than they are currently being used.
