Introduction

James Tunney is a poet, a visual artist, and also author of The Mystical Accord: Sutras to Suit Our Times, Lines for Spiritual Evolution.

In the conversation we spoke about mysticism and spirituality, and the role it has to play in the future. James shared his views on the rise of scientism and the tactics that are used to keep people spiritually incongruent.

He describes mysticism as a quest for understanding the meaning of life and the nature of Self - describing the new cult of science as problematic to the mystical path.
