Dorrel e brooks rammed revellers during sunday night's christmas parade. Police chief said it appears brooks intentionally ran them down with intent to inflict carnage. Sait: I like how the blaze labels this man a parade terror suspect. And i think they're trying to apply what the media would normally do when someone does something like this.
